NBA scouts usually never mince words because they are always quoted anonymously, and one scout isn't holding back on his thoughts about Oklahoma City Thunder star point guard Russell Westbrook.

According to one anonymous scout, Westbrook is his least favorite player to watch in the league because “he just never shuts up,” via Royce Young of ESPN.

From talking smack to players on the court to staring down guys on the opposing bench, Russell Westbrook is one of the kings of trash talking in the NBA. The explosive guard is always playing angry and uses anything he can as motivation.

Whenever Westbrook dunks the ball, he's yelling emphatically. His newest way to taunt players is his rock-a-baby celebration when he scores on guards who are smaller than him.

Westbrook isn't playing basketball to make friends. The scout may not like the way he plays, but the fans in OKC will always support the former MVP.

Westbrook has averaged a triple-double two seasons in a row. He's looking to do it again this season. Sure, Russ isn't the most efficient player out there, but there isn't another player in the NBA who plays with the energy and passion which Westbrook displays night in and night out.
