Paul George of the Oklahoma City Thunder put down a nasty windmill flush in the overtime period of their double-OT thriller against the Utah Jazz. After the game, PG13 told reporters that he meant to send a statement to the Jazz and that he wanted to let them know that his legs were feeling fresh for the stretch run in overtime, per Royce Young of ESPN.

George gave the Chesapeake Energy Arena crowd a treat after pulling out the breakaway windmill with three minutes left in overtime. It was definitely a bold move from the Thunder star forward as Oklahoma City was trailing by two at that time.
Still, you couldn't blame George for wanting to give Utah a psychological message. The Jazz did eliminate the Thunder in last year's playoffs, and it's clear that the 6-time All-Star wants to exact revenge on them this season.

This, surprisingly, wasn't his best highlight of the night. George saved his strongest statement for last and nailed a tough go-ahead floater in the lane with 0.8 seconds left to ultimately give O.K.C. the slim 148-147 win.
George was a man-possessed as he built on his MVP-worthy campaign with a masterful show against Utah. He poured in 45 points on 17-of-31 shooting, while making five three pointers and adding nine rebounds and seven assists. All-Star teammate Russell Westbrook also came up big for Oklahoma City and finished with 43 points, 15 rebounds, and eight assists before fouling out in overtime.
George has been on a tear this season, and more so against the team that eliminated them in last year's post-season. The Thunder are now 3-0 against Utah this season, and this is all in part of George's killer instinct against them. In three games against the Jazz, George is averaging 39.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists on 61-52-86 shooting splits.
