The Oklahoma City Thunder take on the Sacramento Kings Monday night, and star point guard Russell Westbrook is questionable to play.
Westbrook was at Monday's shootaround and will be evaluated for the game after having participated. The seven-time All-Star has missed the previous six games due to a left ankle sprain he suffered against the New Orleans Pelicans on Nov. 5, and he also just welcomed twin girls into the world.
Russell Westbrook is at shootaround and will be evaluated for tonight’s game after having participated. Terrance Ferguson is not here and is out tonight.

In the seven games he has played in this season, Russell Westbrook is averaging 24.1 points, 8.3 rebounds and 8.9 assists. The 2017 league MVP is shooting 48.9 percent from the field, 10.0 percent from beyond the arc and 63.5 percent from the free-throw line.

If Russell Westbrook is unable to play Monday, Dennis Schroder will get the start again. The 25-year-old is putting up 16.7 points and 5.7 assists per game this season while shooting 41.6 percent from the floor and 34.0 percent from the 3-point line. The Thunder acquired Schroder from the Atlanta Hawks in the offseason in the Carmelo Anthony trade.
OKC finally has depth on its roster where if Westbrook is out, the team can still win games and produce at a high level. Thunder general manager Sam Presti deserves credit for building a good team.
