Oklahoma City Thunder forward Paul George has always been a good 3-point shooter. George appears to be practicing at a range most players would not normally take their shots from. Maybe he's trying to catch opposing teams off-guard and develop an unguardable range on offense?

It's not too often you see a player make shots like these unless their name is Stephen Curry. George changed his shot position in mid-air and unlike his pregame shot, this was all net. Needless to say, George's shot was incredibly impressive.
Article Continues BelowIn four games this season George is averaging 24.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.5 steals. Now that Carmelo Anthony has parted ways with Oklahoma City, George has a lot more chances to put points on the board.
PG agreed to a long-term extension this offseason despite a lot of speculation that he may go to the Los Angeles Lakers. The Thunder have had their troubles early this season, but it appears the team could make a lot of noise with the former MVP Russell Westbrook and Steven Adams.
If they want to remain in the elite category amongst the Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors like they did last season, they'll need to develop better chemistry. George knows that Russell Westbrook will be the teams' first option on offense. However, George's two-way reliability is amongst the best in the league and that should keep him on the floor for the majority going forward.
