Last year’s dunk contest finale between Aaron Gordon and Zach LaVine turned out to be one of the best in league history.
No disrespect to the efforts of those before them, but these two high-fliers put on a show to remember on that night. It was so good and so close that the trophy would have been divided into two if only to give due props to both Gordon and LaVine.
As expected, the clamor for a rematch was already raised the moment Zach LaVine took home the crown. However, that possibility seems bleak for now.

I’m not 100 percent sure. I kind of gave a lot in this last one and to be more creative would be difficult. I think I could do it, but I’m not sure if I’m going to.
This is a letdown to a lot of fans. But it’s hard to blame the Orlando Magic forward for feeling that way.
