The Orlando Magic haven't made the playoffs since 2012, but power forward Aaron Gordon and the rest of his teammates want to change that this season.
The Magic are 27-32, good for 10th place in the Eastern Conference standings. This is the first season in a long time Orlando is in the playoff hunt this late into the campaign, and Gordon says the club is “going to fight” to make the postseason.

The Magic are just a half game back of the Miami Heat and Detroit Pistons for the eighth and final playoff spot in the East. Orlando opens the second half of the season on Friday against the Chicago Bulls, a game they can't afford to lose.
Article Continues BelowAaron Gordon is having a solid season for the Magic. The high-flyer is averaging 15.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting 44.6 percent from the field, 34.2 percent from beyond the arc and 73.1 percent from the free-throw line.
If Orlando wants to snap its playoff drought, Gordon, All-Star big man Nikola Vucevic, and small forward Evan Fournier have to come up big. They are the three best players on the team and have to lead the way.
The Magic have been a below .500 team in the post-Dwight Howard era. Let's see if the players can start a new narrative in Orlando.
