Indiana Pacers star Victor Oladipo suffered what looked to be a serious knee injury during his team's game against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night, and he had to be taken off of the court on a stretcher. Naturally, there has been an outpouring of support from fellow NBA players on social media, with Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James sending out prayers for the Pacers guard.

What makes Oladipo's injury even worse is the fact that this is the second time he has dealt with a knee issue this year. Back on Nov. 17, Oladipo left Indiana's win over the Atlanta Hawks after just five minutes due to a knee injury. He was then sidelined all the way through Dec. 10, with speculation that he could end up missing the rest of the season.
Oladipo ended up returning against the Milwaukee Bucks on Dec. 12, scoring 12 points in 29 minutes of an Indiana victory. However, since coming back from the first knee injury, Oladipo has not been the same. He shot just 40.8 percent from the floor in December and had been making only 40.3 percent of his shots in January before getting injured against the Raptors.
Overall this season, Oladipo is averaging 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 1.7 steals over 32.5 minutes per game while shooting 42.3 percent from the field, 34.4 percent from three-point range and 73 percent from the free-throw line.
The 26-year-old arrived in Indiana during the summer of 2017 after coming over in a trade that sent Paul George to the Oklahoma City Thunder. He made the All-Star team during his first season with the Pacers.
