The drama between Ben Simmons and the entire Philadelphia 76ers organization continues as one of the members of the team speaks out. Last week, reports came in that the disgruntled Philly star apparently ghosted the entire team for a meeting even if key members of the team were willing to fly all the way to LA to talk things out.
Now, three-time NBA champion Danny Green is speaking out regarding the very messy situation over at Philly. On his latest episode for his ‘Inside The Green Room' podcast, the Sixers' sharpshooter explained his side of the story about the much-talked-about team meeting that never happened.

Simmons has been MIA over the past few weeks with sources saying he has no plans of joining the training camp and has zero intentions of suiting up for the franchise ever again. According to Green, members of the Sixers still want to reach out to Simmons but it seems that the 25-year-old is making things a tiny bit difficult for everybody.
“I know he still communicates with some of the guys,” Green added. “I haven’t been in communication with him. But I would love to meet with him and sit down and talk just to see where his head was at. Let him know that we have his back and we want him back and just give him some friendly advice. Just first and foremost as a human being, as a professional.”
