Philadelphia 76ers shooting guard Markelle Fultz has not personally requested a trade, but his camp has discussed that a fresh start with a new team might be the best course of action, according to Derek Bodner of The Athletic.
Fultz's first two seasons with the Sixers have been a nightmare. The former No. 1 overall pick only played in 14 games during his rookie season due to scapular muscle imbalance in his right shoulder. His sophomore campaign hasn't been much better, as Fultz's shot still has a nasty hitch to it and he still doesn't have any confidence in his jump shot.

Fultz has been playing with an apparent injury in his right wrist area that has adversely affected his ability to shoot. He is scheduled to visit a shoulder specialist in New York within the next week and won’t participate in full practices or games until the specialist has had the opportunity to evaluate him.
Markelle Fultz really doesn't have any trade value right now. Maybe the Sixers can get a late second-round pick for him if they decide to move him.
