The Portland Trail Blazers have extended a qualifying offer to center Jusuf Nurkic, making him a restricted free agent heading into this offseason, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Nurkic posted 14.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game, consistent with the 20-game sample he gave this team in 2016-17 after being traded by the Denver Nuggets during the trade deadline.
