The Portland Trail Blazers haven't won a single game this season after trailing for three quarters.

Per Danny Marang of NBCS Northwest, the streak has been going on since the start of the season.

Their latest loss which extended the losing streak came in the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder. They entered the third quarter, down by six points 93-87. Come the fourth quarter, the Blazers couldn't find the basket up until the 9:09-minute mark.

They were able to trim the lead to as low as four points. However, they simply had no answer for a red-hot Paul George who finished with a game-high 36 points, coupled with the Thunder's stifling defense.

While the Blazers' have a 29-20 record for fourth place in the Western Conference and would likely qualify for the playoffs, their inability to mount a comeback presents a glaring weakness in the team.

They are considered a perennial playoff team. But they have been stuck with that tag for the longest time. Come crunch time, the Blazers seemingly don't have that killer instinct which separates the good teams from the great ones.

Last season was particularly embarrassing as they were swept by sixth-seeded New Orleans Pelicans. And if they don't fix this problem soon, they might be in for another forgettable playoff campaign.
