After seeing his team lose their fourth straight game at the hands of the L.A. Clippers on Friday, Sacramento Kings head coach Dave Joerger has made it clear that he's seen enough and will look to make some changes to his lineup.

The Kings' bench tactician hinted on playing small-ball once again and having his All-Star, DeMarcus Cousins, playing at center. He believes that this lineup will give his team the best chances of winning as the players are more familiar with it.

“I’ve seen enough, I’m going to play small. DeMarcus is going to play center.”

“I don’t know who else is going to play with him, but it gives us more zip, more life, more experience. It’s not a detriment to anyone else and what they’ve done.”

The Kings are off to a slow start this season with a 5-9 record. Joerger and company have tried to field in a big lineup with Cousins often sliding to the power forward position. However, seeing his team's pace go slower and the lack of fastbreak points have hurt them, causing more losses.

Cousins also spoke about the lineup changes that will come soon for the team and also sent a message to his teammates reminding them to give it their all regardless of who will be asked to start or come off the bench.

“Regardless of what lineup is out there, we’ve got to be ready to play. We can’t come out with excuses. If we don’t play with energy and urgency from the beginning, it doesn’t really matter what lineup is out there – we’re going to continue to have the same type of game.”
