Sacramento Kings guard De'Aaron Fox has become one of the most exciting young stars in the NBA today. His sly moves on the court have earned him the nickname Swipa The Fox, which is his Twitter handle.
The sophomore star showed his craftiness once again in the third quarter of the Kings' road game against the Houston Rockets. Fox got to the ball off a missed three from James Harden and instinctively tapped it in stride to redirect the rock right into the hands of Buddy Hield, who finished with an easy fast-break layup at the other end of the court.

That was just one of Fox's 10 dimes on the night. He finished the game with 18 points, four 3-pointers, and seven rebounds. He shot 6 of 16 from the floor.

However, the night belonged to James Harden. The reigning MVP had another insane outing. He registered a 50-point triple-double. His line for the night: 50 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.
The Kings actually had a chance to spoil the party. The game was close throughout until Harden and the Rockets pulled away late in the fourth. The Beard went on a personal 10-point run in a two-minute stretch to help Houston close out the up-and-coming Kings.
Sacramento's season is all but over at this point, with the eight West teams set in stone for the playoffs. Nonetheless, missing the playoffs shouldn't undermine the fact that the Kings had a great 2018-19 campaign.
They have an exciting young group that includes Buddy Hield, Marvin Bagley, and De'Aaron Fox, to name a few. The future in Sacramento definitely looks much brighter than it has been for the last decade and a half.
