If being in the comfort of a brand new facility that opened just last year wasn't enough, shall I suggest an underground tunnel for easier access?

No, this is isn't Platform 9 3/4 taking you straight to Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in an invisible ferry service that somehow hosts every student — but it's as damn close as you can get once you've skipped all the lines to get into the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento.

Adjacent to this stadium is the soon-to-be 16 story hotel/luxury condominium development dubbed The Sawyer. These luxurious condos go from as little as $600,000 for a one-bedroom up to a cool $4 million for some of the most decked-out penthouses.

So what perks do you get with your new fancy living space? — Oh, just unrestricted access to an underground tunnel, taking you from your parking garage to the VIP area of the Sacramento Kings brand new stadium.

“I don’t want to sound snobby — you could go and stand outside, but why would you when you have the opportunity to go through a VIP tunnel?” asked Christopher Miller, vice president of The Agency Development Group, the broker handling sales for the building. “You’re not going to wait in line, you’re going to walk right in. It’s a level of exclusivity that you and your family are going to enjoy.”

Not only does the stay at this state-of-the-art condo have secret access to a yeah-no-problem-cut-the-line tunnel, but also grants access to sold out events held in the arena.

“That’s the thing about our concierge service,” said Miller. “You’ll have access to sold-out events that other people won’t have access to.”

“This level of service and level of carefree living and lifestyle don’t exist yet in Sacramento. The response has been so favorable because everyone so excited about something that’s never been offered.”

Not many people can say they took a dip in their pool, only to get dressed and watch Buddy Hield and the gang play on a Wednesday night… but residents of this new condo soon will.
