San Antonio Spurs‘ guard Manu Ginobili is one of the most recognizable players on his team. And in his home country of Argentina, he is arguably one of their most famous athletes ever.

But in his team's victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday, the 39-year-old was noticeably, and strangely, wearing a name tag complete with his birth place and Spurs logo.

The exact reason why he wore it is still unclear. But it is hilarious to see him having one as he doesn't lack the popularity not to be recognized especially in an NBA arena.

After taking the night off, Ginobili is expected to see action once again when the Spurs host the Utah Jazz on Tuesday. His team also looks to keep their record unblemished as they are unbeaten in four games so far.
