Gregg Popovich and Team USA are currently preparing for the Tokyo Olympics in Las Vegas. During a recent practice, it was the 72-year-old Popovich and the coaches who were putting in the work and not the players for a little bit.
Kevin Love got video of Pop and his staff running suicides. It's truly a sight to see:
Gregg Popovich at 72 years old can still run suicides, what's your excuse? 👀pic.twitter.com/D4a6rOvKL7

Honestly, pretty damn good effort by the longtime San Antonio Spurs coach here. While he's lagging behind some of the other coaches, he's still going pretty hard and getting the job done along with everybody else on the court.
Of course, this isn't the first time we've seen Pop running. Who can forget that meme of him running through the hallway chasing a cameraman:

This latest Gregg Popovich run isn't quite as amusing as this legendary chase from years back, but it's still good.
Team USA will be putting in plenty of work for Gregg Popovich and Co. as they look to win a fourth consecutive gold medal. They have another stacked roster in place, led by Kevin Durant. Pop recently spoke out about KD's importance and also gave Love his own plaudits. Perhaps Pop is rethinking that after Love took this video and was barking orders.
The Tokyo Olympics are set to begin shortly after the NBA Finals later this month. Gregg Popovich's club is scheduled to begin the quest for gold with a tough matchup against France. Team USA and France are joined in Group A by the Czech Republic and Iran.
