During a break in the action at Thursday morning's shootaround in Boston, several members of the Philadelphia Sixers, including Cameroonian big man Joel Embiid and Croatian power forward Dario Saric, were seen honing their soccer skills — with a basketball.
Embiid, Saric, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, and a member of the Sixers' coaching staff formed a juggling circle near the baseline of the practice court. As you might expect, the trio of international hoopers are skilled footballers as well.
Led by Embiid's 26 points on 10-19 shooting, 16 rebounds, six assists, two blocks, and one steal, the Sixers went on to defeat the Celtics inside TD Garden on Thursday night, 89-80. Saric tipped in 16 points, six rebounds, two assists, and three steals.
During their trip to London last week, Embiid and other members of the Sixers had the privilege of meeting some of the world's best footballers, including Thierry Henry, Thibaut Courtois, and Eden Hazard.

The Sixers, winners in seven of their last 10 games, will be back in action on Saturday night, as they're scheduled for a match-up against the Milwaukee Bucks inside the Wells Fargo Center. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. EST.
