As the old adage goes, it's never really over until the fat lady sings. The early goings of 2019-20 NBA regular season has been filled with mighty comebacks, as several teams have overcome large deficits to eventually steal a victory. The defending champions Toronto Raptors also got into the act on Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks, crawling back from a 30-point deficit to escape with a 110-107 win at the Scotiabank Arena leaving the Mavs reeling.
Per Tim McMahon of ESPN, the feat is the Raptors' largest comeback win in franchise history and is also the first regular-season 30-point comeback in the NBA in a decade.

Riddled with injuries against the Mavs who was also missing their star Luka Doncic for the fourth straight game, the Raps fell behind early and were down 86-63 entering the final canto. But the Raptors went on to dominate the final 12 minutes of the match, scoring a franchise best 47 points in the fourth and held the visitors to just 21 points.
Without Pascal Siakam and Marc Gasol, the team's All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry took charge and scored 26 points in the final period (7-of-10 shooting), including the game-clinching shot.
Lowry, who also missed 10 games this season due to a thumb injury, finished with sensational numbers of 32 points, 10 assists, and eight boards. He also had just one turnover in 41 minutes.
Coach Nick Nurse also received some valuable production from defensive-minded players Chris Boucher and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson who came up with 21 and 18 markers, respectively.
