Did Kyle Lowry just play his last game for the Toronto Raptors?
At this point, your guess is as good as mine. Lowry's post-game comments just make things extra worrisome if you're a Raptors fan hoping for your franchise face to stay. After Toronto's 135-11 win over the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday, the 35-year-old opened up on what exactly was going through his mind amid all these crazy trade rumors.
“It was weird tonight not knowing what the next step will be,” Lowry said (via Mark Medina of USA Today).

Weird is the perfect sentiment for both Lowry and the Raptors. In one angle, it was a huge night as the team finally broke out of their nine-game slump with a statement win over the Nuggets. But, on the other side of the fence, Lowry's performance was rather dull. He tallied just eight points and put up just five shot attempts in 33 minutes of play. This certainly isn't the best goodbye for Lowry but, in a weird way, this would've perfectly summed up his entire season so far.
Could this be Kyle Lowry's final game with the Raptors?

The 35-year-old has been on and off this season for the Raptors. This, among other things, has been key for the entire team's struggles this season. They're currently at the 11th spot in the East and it seems that if they don't make any big moves before the trade deadline, they're poised to miss the post-season for the first time in seven seasons.
One can say that Lowry's has done more than enough in his eight and a half seasons in Toronto. If it's time for the franchise and him to part ways then so be it.
