Toronto Raptors center Marc Gasol says it's almost impossible to stop superstar small forward Kawhi Leonard when he's going downhill toward the basket.
Leonard isn't the most explosive star in the game, but he's still able to get to the rim at will and finish in heavy traffic.
Marc Gasol on Kawhi Leonard:
Reporter: 'We’ve asked you a lot of questions about Kawhi in these playoffs' … : “Yeah, he’s pretty good (chuckles).
"He’s resilient. When he’s determined to go downhill, he goes downhill and there’s not much you can do."— Ryan Wolstat (@WolstatSun) May 24, 2019
Leonard has been Superman for the Raptors in the 2019 playoffs. The three-time All-Star, two-time Defensive Player of the Year and All-NBA performer is averaging 31.4 points, 8.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists while shooting 51.2 percent from the floor, 41.1 percent from beyond the arc and 88.7 percent from the free-throw line.

The NBA world was so curious to see what kind of player Leonard would be this season after he only played in nine games in 2017-18 with the San Antonio Spurs. It's safe to say Leonard has proven he's still a top-five player in the NBA and the best two-way player in the game.
The Raptors and its fans are praying Kawhi re-signs with Toronto this summer in free agency.
