The Toronto Raptors are playing incredibly good basketball at the moment in spite of the big talent drain they experienced in the offseason. In fact, they booked their playoffs berth in the fewest games in franchise history.

Micah Adams of NBA.com reminded Toronto fans that they only need one more win in order to clinch their spot in the playoffs. Since the Washington Wizards had a 22-39 record before their all-important game, the Raptors only had to win against the Golden State Warriors in order to join the Bucks in the playoffs.

They managed to do just that and more. They pulled off a big 121-113 win over the Warriors as they celebrated Stephen Curry's return. Norman Powell had a fantastic game for the Raptors with his 37 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals. He was a key man for the win as Pascal Siakam was limited to 17 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. Kyle Lowry was equally as impressive with his 26 points, 5 rebounds, and 10 assists.

It's unbelievable for many Raptors fans that they would be performing this well after Kawhi Leonard left for home in free agency. It was supposed to be a year where they figured out their position in the totem pole and try to make moves in the following offseason.

However, Pascal Siakam's blossoming into a legitimate star quickly turned their rebuild into a campaign for a deep playoff run. While he's no Kawhi Leonard, his game averages of 23.7 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.0 blocks were key for Toronto's success.

With this win, the Raptors can now focus on going for the first seed and winning home-court advantage. The future is bright for the North, and there's no better time to be a fan of the Raptors than today.
