Utah Jazz point guard Mike Conley says he's probably going to become a coach at some level when his NBA career is over.

Conley, one of the smartest basketball minds in the game, is looking forward to passing down his knowledge to other basketball players.

“Yeah, I think coaching is kind of the natural progression for me,” Conley told Alex Kennedy of Hoops Hype. “I think that’s something that I’d definitely enjoy, whether it’s coaching kids at any level or [coaching] all the way up to the NBA. It’s such a passion of mine, this game, and it’s something that I know so much about. And it’s one of those games that you can never figure all the way out, and I think that’s one of the things that I love about it. Hopefully I can continue to give back as much as possible.”

Mike Conley will be playing for one of the best coaches in the league next season in Jazz head coach Quin Snyder. It's another guy Conley can bounce things off of and learn from.

The Jazz are title contenders with Conley in the mix. Their projected starting lineup of Conley, Donovan Mitchell, Joe Ingles, Bojan Bogdanovic and Rudy Gobert is as good as any starting five in the NBA. The Jazz can't wait to see how dynamic Conley and Mitchell are going to be in the backcourt together. Conley and Gobert also figure to be a lethal pick-and-roll duo.
