Arch Manning is one of the most heavily recruited college football players of all time, and it's not just because of his name. The nephew of NFL legends Peyton and Eli Manning is ranked as the No. 1 overall recruit in the Class of 2023, and has been linked to many of the top schools in the nation. Of course, Arch has family ties to Ole Miss, where Eli and his grandfather Archie played. The Rebels remain firmly in the mix to land the next generation of Manning talent, but in a recent appearance on the Great Dane Nation podcast, Eli revealed he's not putting any pressure on his nephew's decision.

“It's all up to him and his feel and we'll support him and whatever school he goes to for those four years,” said Eli. “If it's not Ole Miss, hey, I'll be a fan for a brief moment for those four years.”

Manning said that he would treat Arch's recruitment similarly to how his father treated his own recruitment. Rather than pressure his highly-coveted nephew to join his alma mater at Ole Miss, Eli wants the decision to come organically from Arch. If that decision happens to be Ole Miss, well, that's even better.

Arch Manning is ranked as the No. 1 player in the country by 247Sports, having earned a stunning 0.9999 rating and a near-perfect five-star ranking. The quarterback currently plays at Isidore Newman High School in Louisiana, though it's where he'll end up playing his collegiate football that has been the main talking point surrounding the youngest Manning.
