Netflix adds Arcane Profile Avatars, allowing you to express yourself as a big League of Legends fan and Jinx / Vi stan.

As announced through a tweet by Netflix Geeked, fans can now choose Arcane Avatars to dress up their Netflix profiles. This is a nice way to express yourself (although not a lot of people will see, anyway) and might be a nice way to introduce Arcane to your family, friends, and housemates who you're sharing your password with.

To change your Netflix Profile Avatar, you simply need to log in to Netflix on either mobile or desktop. In the app, hover over your current profile avatar, and then click Manage Profiles. Select your Profile of choice, and then click your current profile avatar picture. From here, you can select from a wide array of different profile avatars, including Arcane, Stranger Things, Bridgerton, Black Mirror, and Bojack Horseman, among others.

Originally released in November 2021, Arcane has been a highly successful show on Netflix and is a textbook example of how an animated series can be a great show. It has won multiple Annie Awards including Best General Audience Animated Television/Broadcast Production, as well as a Golden Reel Award for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing – Non-Theatrical Animation and a BFE award for Best Edit Series: Animation, with two more nominations pending results this year at the Hugo Awards and Annecy. The show's success has prompted Riot to invest directly in the animation studio Fortiche, and renew the show for yet another season. Its success has also prompted the creation of a five-part “making-of” series to showcase how Arcane was made.
