Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant continued his tirade against the NBA following its confusing health protocols that led to his premature exit against the Toronto Raptors on Friday.

After tweeting out a two-word response to the whole situation, KD doubled-down and sent an angry follow-up tweet–this time directed to the NBA.

Kevin Durant's ire, of course, is directed to the league's official statement about the matter shortly after he was kicked out of the game. The Nets superstar was reported to be unavailable prior to tip-off after going through contact tracing. But somehow, Durant was allowed to join his teammates on the floor, playing a total of 19 minutes against the Raptors.

The 32-year-old megastar was then pulled out of the contest mid-game, much to his frustration. Durant had a season-low eight points, six rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block for the Nets prior to his untimely exit.

It is worth noting that KD already contacted the coronavirus before, which he even made public last year. In its statement, the league has made it clear that the 10-time All-Star tested negative on all the three tests he took in the last 24 hours. However, they are practicing extreme caution after one person who interacted with KD tested positive for the virus.

Still, it's pretty evident that Durant is fuming over the league's blatant attempt of saving face following yet another blunder with their COVID-19 protocols this season. KD has already missed some games this year due to precautionary measures from his Achilles tear rehab. He probably won't be happy that he's in danger of missing Brooklyn's next contest against the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday.
