Los Angeles Lakers and NBA legend Kobe Bryant tragically passed away on Sunday. A helicopter accident took the lives of Bryant (41) and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, as well as a few others.

The sports world has been in mourning for the past few days. That has included NBA players and teams honoring Bryant. Not only the NBA though. NCAA and High School sports have been joining in. Soccer players and teams have been showing their respect too.

During the Super Bowl, the NFL will get their chance to do the same. And they will do just that.

The NFL will indeed honor Bryant during Super Bowl 54.

It will be interesting to see what the NFL does. A moment of silence will be the likely choice. They could do something with a video montage, or his numbers (8 and 24) as well.

Whatever it is, it will likely be touching. It will also probably bring a lot of people to tears, which is something the Bryant tributes have been very good at.

Super Bowl 54 is set for Sunday between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. No doubt both teams will be attacking the game with a Mamba Mentality.
