Over the last couple of weeks, former NFL star wide receiver and now Hall of Famer Terrell Owens has made it clear that he wants to make a comeback if the opportunity presents itself this offseason.

The 44-year-old continues to stay active, posting videos of himself showing tremendous athleticism at an age where that type of physical ability is usually declining. Owens once again proved that isn't the case, as he ran a 4.43 40-yard dash on Monday while working out at UCLA with Atlanta Falcons star wide receiver Julio Jones.

This post comes just several days after Owens was on FS1's the Herd with Colin Cowherd where he declared he can still run in the 4.40s in a 40-yard dash. Although this an unofficial time, it should be noted that two different times were taken. Jones clocked him at 4.43, while the other time was 4.44.

The soon-to-be-inducted Hall of Famer has impressively shown that he still has the athleticism to possibly make a comeback. The difficult part of the equation is whether a team is willing to bring him aboard in any capacity with his long history of rubbing teammates and coaches the wrong way on his various stops around the league.

If he's given a chance to try out for an NFL team, it appears that he has the physical capability to be an impact player in the passing game. In terms of how much remains to be seen, but he has certainly kept himself in shape to at least have a shot.

Regardless of whether Owens gets an opportunity or not, it's impressive that he was able to run at that speed in his mid-40s, speaking to the type of gifted athlete that he is.
