The Week 4 matchup between the Tennessee Titans and the Pittsburgh Steelers is confirmed to be postponed to a later schedule, either on Monday or Tuesday. The abrupt change was brought up when the Titans were afflicted by eight total positive COVID-19 cases, three of which were players while five came from team personnel.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported the updates via Twitter:

The positive cases also came shortly after the Titans' 31-30 nail-biting win against the Minnesota Vikings. On the field, the Tennessee-based squad has been on a roll to start the season with an exhilarating 16-14 opening game win against the Denver Broncos followed by another tightly-contested encounter against the Jacksonville Jaguars which ended on a 33-30 victory.

On the other hand, the Steelers have been busy with a winning streak of their own. They easily dispatched the New York Giants with a 26-16 triumph in their Week 1 game and crossed paths with the Broncos which they also defeated via a 26-21 winning effort.

The Steelers recently dealt the Houston Texans a 28-21 victory to preserve their unblemished record and grab their third-straight win. They now sit atop the AFC North division while the Titans find themselves in a similar position in the AFC South in the early stages of the season.

The Week 4 matchup featuring two undefeated teams in the Titans and Steelers will certainly be a game to watch out for. Due to the circumstances, fans will have to wait a little longer before they witness the highly-anticipated encounter between the two squads.
