There is an immense amount of hype surrounding Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills entering the 2020 season. Ahead of his much-anticipated season, Cole Beasley hinted at a more ‘confident' version of Allen in the upcoming campaign.

“He is playing more confident than ever,” receiver Cole Beasley said Tuesday, via the team's official Twitter account. “He’s making throws that he wouldn’t have even tried to attempt last year. He starting to throw guys open a little bit. Just his confidence on the field, his leadership, and pushing us to be the best offensive group that we can be.”

With Tom Brady leaving the AFC East this offseason, the division is viewed as a wide-open competition in 2020. While the New England Patriots could still defend their division title, the Bills are considered by many to be the favorites to dethrone them.

One reason for the heightened expectations surrounding Buffalo is the assumed notion that Allen is going to perform better this season. Of course, the addition of Stefon Diggs via trade helps Allen's efforts to improve as a passer.

In his first two seasons, Allen has struggled to reel in his accuracy. The former No. 7 pick has completed just 56.3 percent of his passes over the last two seasons. With that being said, Beasley is seeing a refined version of Allen this offseason.

Besides Diggs, Beasley and John Brown round out a talented receiving corps for the Bills. Nevertheless, if Buffalo wants to achieve their goals in 2020, they'll need Allen to deliver on a consistent basis under center.
