Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott was reportedly “struggling with words” and “real emotional” while trying to explain what happened to the Bills in the first half against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Buffalo has had one of the biggest collapses that the NFL has seen in a long time. Many viewed them as Super Bowl favorites throughout the first few weeks of the season but that has all changed as they have been playing below-average football for the past two months. A team with this much talent should not be struggling as much as they have but things clearly aren't clicking in Buffalo and that has led them to fall to 7-7 on the year as it looks like they will lose to the Buccaneers.

The Bills went from having one of the most explosive offenses in all of the NFL to being a below-average offensive team. Teams are also starting to run the football against them and their run defense is starting to get exposed as they are not as good as many thought they were.

Although Buffalo has struggled this season, they still have a lot of football to play and if they can win their last four games, they will be in a good position to still make the playoffs. They have enough talent to be able to try to figure things out and once they do, they should be back to being as good as they were at the beginning of the season.
