The Cleveland Browns have signed wide receiver Braxton Miller, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Miller has certainly had an interesting trajectory throughout his playing career.
He got his start as a quarterback at Ohio State back in 2011 and spent his first three years as a signal-caller for the Buckeyes, with his best season coming in 2013 when he threw for 2,094 yards, 24 touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
Then, in 2014, Miller suffered a shoulder injury and missed the entire year, but he was able to get a medical redshirt and come back for his senior campaign in 2015.
But, that season, Ohio State turned Miller into a wide receiver, and he ended up catching 25 passes for 340 yards and three touchdowns.
The 26-year-old was then selected by the Houston Texas in the third round (85th pick overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft. He played in 10 games during his rookie campaign but made a minimal impact, logging 15 catches for 99 yards and a score.

Miller was then cut by the Texans just before the 2018 campaign began, and he was added to the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad shortly after. However, he never actually got on the field last season.
Whether or not Miller will make the Browns roster is certainly a question, as Cleveland is pretty full at wide receiver, but he will probably get to show his stuff in preseason.
The Browns will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their third exhibition game on Friday night.
