The Cleveland Browns were a big disappointment this season despite surrounding talent around Baker Mayfield in the offseason. They finished third in the AFC North at 6-8, worse than last season. This past week they fired their head coach Freddie Kitchens and their GM John Dorsey.
This upcoming season they'll be looking for their third coach in three seasons, this time looking for a coach with NFL experience, according to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk.
The Browns have reportedly been linked to requests interviews with seven different coaching candidates so far and possibly more in the future. One of those requests is believed to be Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, who has plenty of NFL experience. McDaniels has been the Patriots offensive coordinator for the past seven years and has earned three Super Bowl titles at that position.

Roman has had a huge part of the Raven's success this season as the offensive coordinator. Roman was the offensive coordinator for the 49ers back when they went to the Super Bowl in 2013. He has plenty of experience with the NFL and would make a huge impact for the Browns if he decides to become a head coach for them.
The Browns front office needs to take time and think accordingly on who they decide to hire in their final decision. They were the only team last decade to have not a winning record in the entire NFL.
