Nick Chubb was sidelined with an injury the last time the Cleveland Browns faced the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6, which resulted in a blowout loss for the Browns.

This time, it didn’t take him long to make an impact.

Chubb’s huge 47-yard run in the first quarter helped put the Browns on the board first against the Steelers and match their entire output in the teams’ last meeting.

The play happened with 9:29 left in the first quarter at first and 10 on Pittsburgh’s 47-yard line, which saw Chubb find a seam in the Pittsburgh defense to run all the way to the end zone for a score to give Cleveland an early 7-0 lead. It is the 25-year old Chubb’s 12th touchdown of the season.

The Browns’ seven points already matches their scoring output in their 38-7 loss to the then-undefeated Steelers in Week 6. Since then, Cleveland has been a better team, despite a stunning loss to the New York Jets in Week 16, while Pittsburgh comes into the game having lost two of their last four after an 11-0 start this season.

The 10-5 Browns need a win over their AFC North rivals to officially return to the playoffs and end their long playoff drought, while a loss would make their path to a playoffs more complicated.
