The job security of Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett has emerged as being one of the hottest topics in the NFL this season. The team's 26-15 loss to the Buffalo Bills only added fuel to that fire.

Jones expressed his belief that firing Garrett would give the Cowboys ‘zero chance' of winning the Super Bowl this season.

“I wouldn’t make a change and give us a chance to do what I want to dream about doing. I wouldn’t do that for love nor money,” Jones said, via Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk. “It would give us zero chance if we didn’t have [Garrett].”

Given that the Cowboys were coming off an embarrassing 13-9 loss to the New England Patriots prior to their loss to the Bills, it did not help their cause. They have been trending downward in a major way since their 3-0 start to the season by going 3-6 since that period.

Even with a 6-6 record, the Cowboys still sit atop the NFC East standings. They will need to defeat the Philadelphia Eagles when the two teams face off at Lincoln Financial Field during the NFL's Week 16 action.

Being in a weak division has been a significant advantage for Dallas this season but if they fail to capitalize, then they will have a lot to answer for as an organization. It remains to be seen whether Garrett will keep his job beyond this season, though.

The Cowboys take on the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in Week 14.
