In the days leading up to Week 6 action against the Buffalo Bills, there has been much attention toward the status of Houston Texans second-year quarterback Deshaun Watson as he works through a chest injury.

According to R.J. White of CBS Sports, the Texans currently have Watson listed as being questionable for Sunday's game after being limited in practice all week.

Houston has been moving through the entire week in a precautious manner with Watson in order to avoid any potential setback from occurring in practice. He is dealing with an injury that occurred during last Sunday's 19-16 win over the Dallas Cowboys after he took a couple of hard hits.

Watson has continued to look more comfortable on the field with each passing week as he garners more games under his belt since suffering a torn ACL. Watson is currently sixth with 1,621 passing yards on 65.1 percent completion rate along with eight touchdown passes to five interceptions. He is also coming off his fourth straight 300 passing yard performance after completing 33-of-44 passes for 375 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

Along with that, Watson has also shown no concern or mental hurdle using his legs as he has 201 rushing yards on 34 attempts with a touchdown. This latest chest injury has been more on him choosing more wisely when to go that route in order to prevent him from taking unnecessary hits in attempts to grab a few extra yards. If he's unable to give it a go in any manner against the Bills, the Texans could turn to backup Brandon Weeden.
