The Houston Texans and Deshaun Watson are squaring off with the New England Patriots in a massive Sunday Night Football game in Week 13.
Both teams lead their respective divisions. At 7-4, the Texans are atop the AFC South. Meanwhile, at 10-1, the Patriots are the top-dogs in the AFC East.
Even with both teams being two of the best in the NFL, and the Texans being the home team, a lot of people were expecting New England to win. They've simply been that good all year, while Houston has faltered at times.
However, quarterback Deshaun Watson and company have other plans.
The Patriots were the first to score, with a field goal from Kai Forbath putting them up 3-0 in the first quarter. The Texans responded with a touchdown drive though, that ended in Watson connecting with running back Duke Johnson.
The next score came in the second quarter. It was Watson once again connecting with someone. This time it was tight end Darren Fells who reeled in a 14-yard touchdown pass.

The 14-yard touchdown pass ironically gave them 14 points on the night. It extended Houston's lead to 14-3 halfway through the second quarter.
While 14-3 is certainly a score that any team can comeback from, and a deficit the Patriots can certainly erase in almost no time, it's still pretty big.
Watson has been absolutely on the money on Sunday Night and he's been a big reason why the Texans have been a great team all year, and look great in Week 13.
If the Texans can continue to build momentum, they could end up sneaking out of Week 13 with their most impressive win all year. It would put them to 8-4 and put the entire league on notice that they mean business.
For now though, there's a lot of game left. While that means the Patriots have time to comeback, it also means Watson has time to put up massive numbers against the best defense in the NFL.
