Joe Burrow had a performance for the ages on Sunday during the Cincinnati Bengals' rout of the Baltimore Ravens, and his showing seems to have caught the attention of plenty of NFL stars. Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes had clearly caught wind of Burrow's outing, and had a great reaction during his own post-game interview. Via NFL on CBS, Mahomes had nothing but praise for Burrow, suggesting their Week 17 matchup should be a tight-fought battle.
"I think Joe [Burrow] threw for like 1,000 yards today… It's going to be a great challenge for us."

In the interview with CBS' Tracy Wolfson, Mahomes wasn't afraid to compliment their upcoming opponents.
“Yeah, I mean they're a great team. Great offense, a lot of weapons. I think Joe [Burrow] threw for like 1,000 yards today. They're a great team, and it's going to be a great challenge for us. We're excited to get out there and play.”
Burrow lit up the Ravens on Sunday, completing 37-of-46 pass attempts for 525 yards (fourth-most in NFL history) and four touchdown passes. The win saw the Bengals complete a season sweep of the Ravens, while putting the Bengals in prime position to clinch a playoff berth.
Of course, Burrow's Bengals will have to figure out a way to take down Mahomes and the Chiefs, who have rattled off eight consecutive wins after a 3-4 start to the year. The matchup between the two star quarterbacks figures to be one of the highlights of the slate set for Week 17, and could be an extremely high-scoring affair considering the two potent offenses that will be pitted up against one another.
