Patrick Mahomes led the Kansas City Chiefs to a Super Bowl win on Sunday, and there is already talk about the team being the NFL's next great dynasty.
During the postgame press conference, Mahomes was asked a few times about the Chiefs being the next dynasty, and it's something he didn't really want to talk about.
Finally, he broke, saying if the team wants to make it happen, everyone needs to maximize every single day.

I’ve been blessed to be in a great organization with a lot of great players around me that make my job easier. But I know it’s gonna take a long time of consistency if I wanna be where I wanna be in the end. I’m lucky enough that I have a lot of great people around me that I have a chance to go out there every single year and compete.”
Mahomes might want not want to talk about the team being a dynasty, but it's something he isn't going to be able to avoid going forward. Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, and Travis Kelce are three great players to start a dynasty with.
Once Mahomes gets his new contract, it might be a little tougher to pay other players, so these next few years are going to be super important for the star quarterback and the rest of the Chiefs.
