Odell Beckham Jr. ultimately decided between the Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers when choosing his next team. As everyone knows by now, he picked the former to the delight of the whole LA fanbase.

Of course it also raised questions why he chose the Rams instead of the Packers, with whom he would have been able to play alongside legendary quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

On Saturday as he talked to reporters after officially joining the team, OBJ addressed such concerns and shared that he made his decision based on fit, feeling that Sean McVay's offense is right for him.

“These guys, they flow,” Beckham said, per Lindsey Thiry of ESPN. “It just feels right about the offense … but I hope to find a groove and help this team find ways to win.”

Odell Beckham Jr. signed a one-year deal with the Rams after a rather brief free agency period. He received plenty of interest after he cleared waivers and became a free agent, with other teams like the Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints and Seattle Seahawks making a legitimate push to get his services.

There were also reports that OBJ would be taking his time to choose a team as he looks at his options, something that frustrated some fans since they believed he's just trying to get more attention on him. However, the new Rams wideout clarified that's not the case at all.

“I took a lot of time in the decision-making, and it wasn't to build anticipation or nothing,” Beckham shared. “This is my life and I feel like I've been through a lot. I'm at a point in my life where I'm ready to play football, I've dedicated, I've sacrificed a lot to be here. It just happened that this felt right in my heart and in my soul.”

Beckham is expected to suit up for the Rams on Monday as they face the San Francisco 49ers. While there were initial doubts about his availability, it seems LA made the decision to put him into action rather quickly after the injury to wide receiver Robert Woods.
