The Los Angeles Rams are set to take on the Tennessee Titans on the NFL's center stage. This should be an excellent Sunday Night Football game, as these two teams aim to prove themselves. However, the Rams will be without Von Miller, as his debut with the team will come at another time.

According to Field Yates, Von Miller will be “inactive for tonight's game.” This can't come too much of a shock as Miller has been dealing with an ankle injury the last few weeks. The Rams defense is still elite, but missing Von Miller will still hurt some.

This injury stems from Von Miller's Week 7 ankle injury when he was still playing for the Denver Broncos, per Lindsay Thiry. The Rams should be patient with Miller, as they'll need him more in the playoffs. This also gives Miller more time to become better acclimated with LA's defensive playbook while his ankle heals up.

Von Miller with fresh legs is a scary combination. Los Angeles aims to take the NFC throne as they hope to return to the Super Bowl. This is a dangerous team with or without Von Miller and we should see them on full display against the Titans on Sunday night.

Tennessee will be without superstar running back Derrick Henry, making life a bit easier for the Rams in general. It'll be interesting to see how this game goes, as LA will attempt to disrupt Ryan Tannehill and the passing game throughout.

Look for the Rams to be aggressive and apply pressure on Tannehill. The Titans are typically a run-first offense but will have to rely on the likes of AJ Brown and Julio Jones. Either way, Von Miller will have to wait to make his debut on another day, as the Rams likely don't need him in this matchup.
