The Miami Dolphins turned an already crazy offseason upside down again by trading for Kanas City Chiefs star Tyreek Hill. The Chiefs obtained five draft picks in exchange for their Pro Bowl wide receiver. NFL players from across the league were stunned at the move.
Chase Edmonds, who signed with the Dolphins less than two weeks ago, boasted about the addition of Hill. Jaylen Waddle, who Hill will team up with to form one of the fastest WR duos in the league, was also very excited.
We don’t care about yaw opinions I promise😂🐬🐬🐬 pic.twitter.com/lr6jY1sbR9

On the other end of the spectrum, we have Cheifs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire. He wished Hill well as he joins the Dolphins.

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr, who has had to watch Hill torch his team's defense for years, invoked a scene from the movie Life (1999) to show how stunned he was that the division-rival Chiefs traded him.

Several other opposing players couldn't believe that the Chiefs traded Hill. A few of them pointed to the new contract extension Hil received upon the trade to Miami, like Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darius Slay and New Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan.
I swear I’m playing the wrong position 🤦🏾♂️ damn good shit cheetah!!!! 30m’s he deserves it for sure!✊🏽

Although much of the level of improvement Miami's offense will (or won't) make rests in the arms of Tua Tagovailoa, adding Hill is a huge move for the Dolphins. His speed and receiving abilities are game-changing. Pairing him with Waddle and Mike Gesicki should create one of the best pass-catching groups in the league.
