The Miami Dolphins recently acquired Tyreek Hill in a blockbuster trade with the Kansas City Chiefs. However, the team had to give up a whole lot of picks to score the star receiver. This trade included a first-round pick (29th), a second-round pick (50th), and a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. It also included a fourth and sixth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Despite those lost opportunities, Hill is confident in the Dolphins' decision. He even borrowed a phrase from the Super Bowl-winning Los Angeles Rams in his introductory press conference.

“F them picks,” the new Dolphins receiver said, echoing the Rams.

ESPN reporter Marcel Louis-Jacques tweeted the hilarious reference Thursday afternoon.

The original “F them picks” joke comes from Rams' GM Les Snead's track record of trading away draft picks for players. Snead took the joke to another level when he traded Jared Goff and three draft picks to the Detroit Lions in exchange for Matthew Stafford.

His gamble clearly paid off, and the Rams won the Super Bowl the very next year. Snead even wore a shirt with the motto on it at their championship parade in February.

Now, Hill is trying to do the same thing for the Dolphins that Stafford did for the Rams. With Hill in the mix, Miami definitely has a much higher chance at making a playoff run in the upcoming season.
