Throughout the season, New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady has been doing a weekly guest spot interview on local Boston radio station WEEI.
However, the situation between Brady and the station has taken a left turn as the 40-year-old cut his most recent interview with the “Kirk & Callahan Show” short because of comments made toward his daughter, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.
Tom Brady cuts his weekly interview short on WEEI, saying he was disappointed to hear of news that host Alex Reimer made a disparaging remark about his daughter when discussing the "Tom vs. Time" documentary. Brady said he is evaluating if he wants to be on the show again.

Although the comments didn't come from the hosts on the show he conducts his weekly in-season interview on, it has hit a personal spot that Brady has no ilk of tolerance for. The statement in question saw Reimer call his five-year daughter an “annoying little pissant” when discussing the “Tom vs. Time” documentary.
Article Continues BelowDuring Monday morning's interview, Brady voiced his utter disappointment in how things have unfolded in the last few days.
“I’ve tried to come on this show for many years and showed you guys a lot of respect,” Brady said. “I’ve always tried to come on and do a good job for you guys. It’s very disappointing when you hear that, certainly. My daughter, or any child, they certainly don’t deserve that.”
These comments were completely uncalled for and have landed Reimer an indefinite suspension from the station. It has put the radio station in a difficult position after it had agreed to a multi-year deal with Entercom and the Patriots that included a weekly interview with Brady.
This could lead the company to make some changes in order to mend fences with the Patriots' star quarterback. That said, this is a minor issue that likely shouldn't become a huge topic this week leading up to Super Bowl LII against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon.
Brady has led New England to their third Super Bowl appearances in the last four years and his eighth overall with a chance to secure his sixth win.
