The New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles are preparing to play on one of the biggest stages in all of sports. Needless to say,  there is a bit of angst brewing for players on both teams in the week leading up to Super Bowl 52.

Luckily for the Patriots, they have championship experience to spare at the quarterback position with Tom Brady. During Super Bowl 52 Opening Night, Brady offered up some advice for his younger teammates playing in their first Super Bowl, via the NFL's official Twitter account:

“It's a unique game, it's a long game and you have to be poised and composed the whole game,” Brady said. “There was a lot of youthful energy that I had at that time where now it's a little more poise and a little more composure.”

Brady added that he still hopes to find a balance between being excited and composed as the same time.

“I still want to be excited for the game. I don't think that's going to change. We're playing for a world championship so all those emotions are right there. Ultimately, you're just going to wanna go out, cut it loose and see what you can do against the other best team in the league.”

The Patriots are the clear favorite over the Eagles this Sunday thanks to the fact they have two of the most seasoned championship winners in league history. Brady and head coach Bill Belichick will be appearing in their eighth Super Bowl together. That said, they have become accustomed to the bright lights of the big game.

Meanwhile, Philadelphia will be looking to strike the iron while it is still hot after a dominant victory over the formidable Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Conference Championship game. While they may not have as much Super Bowl experience, the Eagles are coming in with a huge chip on their shoulder after being overlooked all season.
