The story that's taken a life of its own during Super Bowl week just won't die.
By now, everybody knows the story about WEEI radio host Alex Reimer. After Tom Brady's Tom vs. Time special that aired on Facebook, Reimer called Brady's daughter—who appeared in the special—“a little pissant” while discussing her scene in the documentary.
After long-awaited speculation, the New England Patriots star quarterback has finally addressed the situation head-on by saying he hopes Reimer isn't let go by WEEI, via Steve Buckley of the Boston Herald.

The only previous time Brady addressed the situation came on a different show on WEEI, Kirk and Callahan, in which he stated he wouldn't be joining the show anymore due to the disparaging remark made. Reimer has since been suspended by the Boston radio station.
Brady is preparing for his record eighth Super Bowl in hopes of earning his record-extending sixth championship. The Patriots, as an organization, are prepping for the organization's 10th Super Bowl which is now the most in NFL history.
For the season, Brady threw for 4,577 yards with 32 touchdowns to just eight interceptions and did so without No. 1 receiver Julian Edelman in the lineup.
The MVP candidate will square off against a hungry and defensively-talented Philadelphia Eagles team looking to win the organization's first Super Bowl and first championship since handing Vince Lombardi's Green Bay Packers their only playoff defeat in 1960.
