It wasn't a great season for the New York Jets offensive line. As a unit, the Jets allowed 52 sacks which ranked fourth-worst mark in the league. Additionally, New York ranked dead last in total yards per game and put up just 17.2 points per game in 2019.
With that being said, it's clear that the Jets need to upgrade their offensive line if they want to see success in 2020.
Per Ralph Vacchiano of SNY, the jets not drafting an offensive lineman in the first round would be more than surprising.

Slotted with the No. 11 pick in the upcoming draft, the Jets will likely have a pretty solid selection of the top O-linemen in the 2020 class.
And while the Jets have other needs such as cornerback, edge rusher and wide receiver, the need for an offensive lineman may take precedent.

And while injuries did have something to do with the Jets' O-line having a subpar year, it's clear that the current group likely won't cut it in the Big Apple.\
