University of Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm has taken to Twitter to announce that he is declaring for the 2020 NFL Draft.
Fromm is coming off of a junior campaign in which he threw for 2,860 yards, 24 touchdowns, and five interceptions while completing 60.8 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 141.2.
While he may not have the cachet of Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa, or Justin Herbert, Fromm is considered one of the top quarterback prospects in this upcoming draft class and has a chance to get drafted in the first round.
The 21-year-old arrived at Georgia in 2017 and had a strong freshman season, throwing for 2,615 yards, 24 touchdowns and seven picks while completing 62.2 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 160.1.

There are a whole lot of NFL teams that are in need of a signal-caller, ranging from the Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, and Miami Dolphins, who are all picking in the top five, to the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots, who have selections in the mid-to-late first round.
As with almost any other year, we can't really say for sure which quarterbacks will go to which teams, nor are there any real definitive rankings of who the top prospects are.
But generally, Jake Fromm has ranked in the top five quarterbacks on boards of most analysts and fans, which could mean he could go somewhere in the first or second round.
