Dwayne Haskins is finishing the remainder of his rookie season as the Redskins' starting quarterback. While his performance in his debut NFL campaign leaves a lot to be desired, he intends to prove a point as he's set to square off against the Giants for the second time on Sunday.

He even went so far as to claim that the quarterback who struggled to convert a touchdown during that Week 4 game against the Giants was not him but a totally different person.

“I throw up watching that tape,” he said, per ESPN's John Keim. “I don't like watching that tape; it's a totally different guy.”

During that Week 4 game, it was obvious with his play that he was far from prepared to play his usual brand of football against the Giants. He barely broke the 100-yard mark in passing and threw three interceptions in the process.

It was easily his worst performance of the season, and then-head coach Jay Gruden understandably benched the rookie quarterback in favor of Case Keenum, who struggled to get anything going during the first three games of the season.

However, his play improved since being reinstated as the starter for the Redskins through the season's remaining games. He was especially terrific against the Philadelphia Eagles where he finished with a career-high 261 yards to go with two touchdowns and no interceptions.

Of course, things can change when his Redskins play the Giants once again. With pride on the line, fans can expect Haskins to try and put on a solid performance against the Giants and come away with the W.
