Following their first Super Bowl win in franchise history, the Philadelphia Eagles have largely fallen flat currently holding a 4-6 record through the first 10 games played, which has them on pace to miss the playoffs altogether.
This has led to players voice their frustrations about how things have gotten to this point where their postseason hopes are now up in the air with critical comments from safety Malcolm Jenkins and center Jason Kelce. However, head coach Doug Pederson sees this as his players simply being disappointing with how the season has unfolded, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.

They hold themselves accountable. I hold myself accountable, and then collectively we can do that as a group. I think that’s something that this team has really — I’ve seen that, and it’s hard to say that and maybe to get you to believe it, but I’ve seen it every single day with this group that comes in here and works their tail off to try to win a football game, as hard as that is in this league.”
The Eagles have had the same drive and push forward that they possessed last season that was a huge internal drive to the Super Bowl. This seen them deal with a slew of injuries to key players while their offense hasn't produced in the manner hoped as they have as Pro Bowl quarterback Carson Wentz has struggled over the last couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, they have fallen short in close contests with five of their six losses by seven points or fewer this season. This has also created some more attention around the team with players being vocal about the team's sh0rtcomings on the field.
That said, the Eagles still have an opportunity in front of them to control their own destiny with NFC East division games against the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and Washington Redskins (twice). It is all on their shoulders to finish out the season strong.
