Every offseason changes happen for every time and that will be the case this offseason with the Pittsburgh Steelers but coach Mike Tomlin also hinted that they might have a few more than others. Talking to the media Wednesday most of the talk was about the Antonio Brown situation but at the end of his opening statement, he also made a hint that changes were coming.

“Change is going to be a part of moving forward,” Tomlin said via Chris Adamski of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. “What those changes will be, we are in the process of gathering information and plotting out a course. We are not going to be resistant to change in any facet.”

It's unclear if that means players or coaches or a mixture of both but when a team like the Steelers with such high expectations miss the playoffs, no doubt some changes need to be made.

“When you lack success and you fail, change is a part of it,” Tomlin said. “We’ve talked about it as a staff. We’ve talked about it (with) players in exit interviews and meetings. That’s just our business. You look around our business and see and recognize and embrace that element of it.”

One of the big questions is if one those changes will be shipping out Antonio Brown to another team. Its clear people inside the organization have issues with Brown and he has issues with people with the team.

If the team is going to move on from some of the assistant coaches that news will probably come within the next few weeks so the team can get a head start on hiring different ones.
